Today's Playground magazine, originally launched by Harris Publishing in March 2001, was acquired by Playground Professionals, LLC around 2012 and has been independently published from Ashton, Idaho ever since. Over 25 years and more than a hundred issues, we've grown from a print magazine into a full digital platform — covering the products, people, and ideas shaping the world of play, hosting a professional directory connecting hundreds of industry businesses with the buyers who need them, and delivering news and resources to a community of professionals who take play seriously.
