Pacific Recreation was established in October 1995 as a full service recreation and contracting sales company. The founder, Ned Nuding partnered with Tom Welch to start and develop the product lines and contracting support to provide Hawaii with quality design, products, and installation service.
Dave Hamil came in as an owner in 2008 to bolster the management team and expand the scope of the whole operation. Tom Welch retired in 2009 to help his sons at Ono Pops.
June 2017, Ned Nuding decided to retire from the company and sold his shares to co-owner Dave Hamil. As of July 1st, 2017, Dave Hamil became sole owner and President.
