LuckyDog Recreation playground build in Meridian Idaho

LuckyDog Recreation, a playground construction company in Idaho and Utah, is building the Treasure Valley's second rope-based playground game, called the Astro Spinning Net Climber. It's located north of the Ten Mile/Ustick roads intersection in Coleman Homes' Bellano Creek neighborhood.

Rope-based playground equipment is the new buzz word in the world of children’s play, according to Nicole Stoddard, LuckyDog Recreation vice president of sales.

“The reason they are ‘so hot’ is that they engage children 'of all ages' — including grown-ups — in dynamic community play,” she said in a statement.

The equipment, Stoddard said, is also designed to be inclusive to people of all abilities.

LuckyDog is the local distributor of Dynamo Industries, which is pioneering the resurgence of rope-based play equipment worldwide, Stoddard said.
